All our products are fresh, hand craft and delicate. So we only accept order at least two days in advance. For urgent order, you may DM/ Whatsapp for availabilities or if your pick up time slot is not available on the ordering section. ( Whatsapps: 93840639 )

Ordering Information and Precautions
1. *Order Changes*
Once the order is confirmed, changes to the date and time, as well as any order details that may affect cake production, cannot be made within 48 hours prior to the cake pickup date.
確認訂單後，在取蛋糕日子前48小時不能夠更改日子和時間，以及任何影響蛋糕製作的訂單資料。
2. *Typhoon Signal Policy*
In the event of a No. 8 typhoon signal, no delivery can be conducted. For safety reasons, customers who choose delivery or self-pickup must confirm changes to the date and time within 24 hours. If communication is not made in time, the order will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.
當8號風球為了保障安全，送貨服務會暫停進行，自取客人/選擇送貨的客人需要在廿四小時內確認更改日子和時間。如未能及時溝通，作棄單處理，恕不退款。
3. *Custom Designs*
All custom designs must be finalized at least 5 days before the pickup date. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
所有客製化設計必須在取蛋糕日前至少五天確認，臨時更改未必能夠安排。
4. *Pickup Information*
Please ensure the correct pickup name and contact number are provided. Any errors may cause delays or failed pickup.
請提供正確的取蛋糕姓名及聯絡電話，資料錯誤可能會導致延誤或無法成功領取蛋糕。
5. *Cake Variations*
Cake colors and decorations may vary slightly from reference images due to the handmade nature.
蛋糕顏色及裝飾可能與參考圖片略有差異，因每款均為手工製作，敬請見諒。
6. *Storage Instructions*
Please consume the cake within 24 hours and keep it refrigerated. We are not responsible for cakes stored improperly.
蛋糕請於24小時內食用，並需冷藏保存。如因儲存不當而影響品質，本店恕不負責。
7. *Refund Policy*
Once production has started, no refunds or major changes can be made.
一經開始製作，恕不接受退款或重大更改。
8. *Pickup Timeliness*
Please arrive on time for pickup. If you're late by over 30 minutes without notice, we may not be able to guarantee immediate service.
請準時前來取蛋糕。如遲到超過30分鐘而未有通知，可能無法即時提供服務。
9. *Delivery Liability*
Once the cake has left our studio for delivery, we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit by third-party couriers.
蛋糕一經離開本店並交由第三方速遞公司運送後，若於運送途中出現任何損毀或遺失，本店概不負責。
